Services
As an Advanced DIRFloortime certified provider, my work is grounded in a neurodiversity-affirming and person-centered approach that values connection, relationships, and each child's unique strengths. Through parent coaching, child development education, and practical DIRFloortime® strategies, I help families expand their understanding of their children’s needs and build confidence in supporting their growth.
For providers and organizations, my goal is to strengthen understanding of Functional Emotional Developmental Capacities (FEDCs) and developmental approaches to supporting challenging behavior, increasing confidence in clinical decision making and enhancing the quality of services delivered. Through collaborative consultation and goal focused guidance, I aim to help providers implement meaningful, relationship based strategies that lead to stronger outcomes for the children and families they serve.
Parent coaching is educational and supportive in nature and is not intended to diagnose, treat, or replace therapeutic or medical services.

Supporting a child is easier when the important adults in their life are working from the same playbook. These sessions are designed for co-caregivers, such as parents and grandparents, para-professionals, personal care assistants (PCAs), or other adults who share caregiving and support responsibilities. Together, we focus on building a shared understanding of the child's needs, strengthening communication and consistency across caregivers, and developing practical, relationship based strategies that can be used across settings.

Mentorship sessions start at $40 for 30 minutes or $70 for a full hour. Pricing varies depending on the type of support — a one-time consultation, DIRFloortime Principles, or an ongoing mentorship will each be scoped and priced accordingly.
Collaboration services start at $50 for 30 minutes or $90 for a full hour. Rates vary based on the type of engagement — a single advising session, staff training, or an ongoing referral partnership. Larger or longer engagements are scoped individually to fit your organization's needs.
Intake Sessions
Before regular sessions begin, an intake session will be conducted to allow time to gather information about your family or business, ask questions, and go over administrative tasks.
For parent coaching services, this session provides an opportunity to explore your concerns, priorities, and desired outcomes, learn about each other, as well as set coaching goals.
For provider mentorship and business collaboration services, the intake process helps identify professional goals, areas for growth, consultation needs, and opportunities for collaboration to ensure our work together is purposeful, individualized, and aligned with your objectives.
Intake sessions are 60 minutes in length and are billed at the standard hourly rate associated with the specific service selected, including parent coaching, provider mentorship, or business collaboration.

FAQs
My child is already receiving therapy or early intervention services — why would I also need parent coaching?
1
The work that happens in therapy or school is only a fraction of your child's day. Parent coaching helps you become a confident, active part of your child's progress by building on what the professionals are already doing — so the strategies don't stop when the session ends. It's not a replacement for those services; it's what makes them go further.
Do you offer sliding scale pricing?
3
Sliding scale spots are limited and considered on a case-by-case basis. If cost is a barrier, reach out directly and we can talk through what options may be available.
Can provider mentorship hours count toward DIR certification?
4
No — mentorship sessions are designed for professional development and deepening your practice, not for fulfilling certification requirements. For certification hours, please refer to your certifying body's approved pathways.
How does a business collaboration engagement get started?
5
It starts with a discovery call to learn about your organization, your team's needs, and what you're hoping to accomplish. From there, a scope and rate are discussed before any commitment is made.
Do you accept insurance for services?
2
At this time, Castle Floortime LLC is a private pay business and does not bill insurance for parent coaching or provider mentorship services. However, some families may be able to access funding through disability waivers, grant programs, or other community-based resources. We encourage you to explore the options available in your area, and we're happy to provide documentation, such as invoices or service receipts, if needed for reimbursement requests or funding applications.
